Contracts / Vendors

If you live on one of the 15 private roads in Lebanon that are plowed by the ALD contractor, please do not park your vehicle in the road during a snow or ice event. Our contractor will be able to do a more thorough job of snow removal and ice treatment if they don’t have to work around cars parked in the roads. If it becomes necessary for the District to remove your vehicle in order to perform snow removal operations, you will be liable for any towing costs. Thanks for your cooperation and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Brandon Pelegano, ALD Board member, and head of the Lebanon Roads Committee.

And as a reminder, for those that live on town roads:

Town of Lebanon winter storm parking regulations

Town of Hebron winter storm parking regulations
“Any person who parks a motor vehicle within the limits of any street or highway maintained by the Town of Hebron during and for five hours after any winter storm, so as to obstruct snow removal operations, shall be fined $20 and shall be liable for any necessary towing costs.”
