2025 Annual Meeting

The ALD Annual Meeting is Saturday, May 31 in the Community Room at the Douglas Library in Hebron. The meeting starts at 10 AM, but doors will open at 9:30 for check-in. Sorry, there will be no virtual option.

At the Wednesday, May 21 board meeting, the ALD Board voted to approve the proposed budgets for FY 2025-26, which will be presented to the voters at the annual meeting on Saturday, May 31. To be eligible to vote, you must either:

  • Be a registered Connecticut voter with a legal address in the ALD (to find out if you are a registered Connecticut voter, click here),  OR
  • Be an ALD property owner. (If you purchased your property after October 1, 2024, please bring your most recent ALD or town tax bill as proof of ownership.)

ALL VOTERS MUST BRING PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

The Douglas Library will be open that day, so please park behind the building, and leave the front parking for library patrons. If necessary, there is additional parking in the municipal lot on Main Street, directly across from the library.
